Resignation+wood chopping

My boss did not approve my confirmation today.
instead he say he cant keep me.

Was upset when my boss broke de news to me,
but not to worry,i will not be defeated so easily.

I rem from Tuesday with Morrie,he says that no should not view failure together with disgrace. I am happy to have some many friends to be here within my arms to cushion my fall.

I will resign to work,but i will not resign to fate.

A Young man was chopping wood in de forest,every morning he'll see an old man chopping wood too.
At de end of de day de old man always has more woodstock den him.
unconvinced,de young man woke up earlier de next day so hoping to win de old man. but de old man would seem to win effortlessly every time.
Day by day De young man went on chopping like a mad man. He tried several times for months but each time de old man will effortlessly win him in woodstock.

Finally,exhausted,de young man seem for de old man's encouragemt.
young lad:old timer,how come u always have more wood den me?what's ur secret?
De old man replied:" young man,everytime u were taking a waterbreak,i was quietly sharpening my axe,so i can make each chop efficient and sharp."


Time to polish the axe.
