Picture this. You graduated with a accounts cert. someone else comes in and starts teaching you how to do accounts. How would you feel? Insulted?

Someone asked for your help to design a tee-shirt. Then she starts to inject her ideas hopes to alter the design process, thinking that her ideas would be the best.
She is oblivious to the professional’s comments.
WTF?
Who’s the designer?
Me or you?
Ok fine, I decided to finish my part and pass the work over to another person to complete it. Just when I thought it’s over.

The final straw came when she starts to disrupt the coordinators of our dance group by injecting it with her own ideas and dismissing other people’s idea.
I say again, dismissing other people’s idea.

The role of a coordinator is to ensure that all dancers and singers are in sync to perform and ready to the actual day.
So what was her role there?
Facilitators?
Over-see? Fine tuning? none of it.

I’ve learnt to always embrace other people’s suggestions, perhaps from my zandankai, and apply it to my FD and friend’s views too. If we support other’s view we will get support too.

Best ideas for you might not necessary be best for the entire team . When people question your ideas, you must always listen with a open heart, and readily makes changes for the benefit of the whole team.

No doubt we’re a faith organization, and we must do our own human revo. You can step on me, I don’t give a flying f. But to bully my sister? You’ll be so sorry.

I have made my point and my best option now is to steer clear and keep my distance. I like my proximity now.

Now I dare not even tell people the Tee-shirt was designed by me.
