SUNDAY – CLEAR, BROILING HEAT
The directors conferred this morning. In the afternoon, they held what seemed to be an even more serious meeting. I pray it will all conclude successfully.
Burdens of heart, spiritual torment are piled on my shoulders.
This evening, read The Object of Devotion for Observing the Mind.
Must not forget faith and study, no matter how badly things goes.
