There's a few type of love.

1)Admiration in Love

2)Mutual Interests in Love

3)True Love



1)Admiration in love -
It means to admire de person, his talent, her beauty.
But sadly, after de feelings wears off, it becomes null.

2) Mutual interest in love -
My current terms n conditions must be on par with my potential partner's.
How well my terms are, my partner must be on par if not better.
Comparative standards between both people,
Sad to speak, most people fall in this realm.

3)True Love
Marriage vows - in sickness,in good health, in wealth or in poverty, till death does us apart.

And there's a reason why we make that vow as a marriage vow, and not de other former 2.
